Hmmmmmmmmmmmm
Hahahahaha,,, Hehehehehe - Yes i am having a good smile when i look back 5 years journey in my career.
Everything in my life happened just like that whether its a happy or sorrow moment and all came from somewhere.
As everyone i was also searing for a job before finishing my Bachelor's degree, one day i was just refering a news letter which was addressed to my uncle and i found the words "Fresh Graduates required" applied and fortunatly i got the offer to work as an Account Associate joined without asking the salary. After joining only i came to know my salary was 2300 pm, if i take one day leave then 100 rupees will be deducted. I never felt sad because its my first job and i did with full involvement everyone in the office praised me and they have reduced one head count because i handled well. After 3-4 months my family members started telling me we spend 50,ooo for your collage studies but you are getting only 2300 as your salary, started thinking about it and to find a good job.
Tried one or two companies to find a job, but i was not satisfied with work. One day attended three interview morning, afternoon and evening. When i reached home came to know from my brother that i have gone through the frist round of morning interview and they called me for second round finally i got that and it was based on contract, but still happy and joined since its a MNC bank.
November 2005 placed in the MNC bank as a contract employee placed in the team for 8 months, then they made me as a direct employee and put into a different team was one of the great team after some days i got "Rising Star Award" that was motivated me lot and i have given my full involvement in the work.
In 2008, ten of them selected from the floor to travel London for a new project, due to some reasons the trip was got cancelled and we formed a team here and started working. Everything was going well for a period of 5 months and i was in holiday for my exams, suddenly got a call from my supervisor and i heard from him that they have selected me as one of the member for a new migration in singapore, very much happy and i said in the conference thanks for having confidence on me.

We ten of them went to singapore on July 2008 for 6 weeks and migrated the process and
set-up a team here, it was bit difficult to handle the team as well to provide training to the new staffs still we have managed to do and stayed long hours in the office most of the times even some of the staff worked continuous 40 days including saturday and sundays. Sometimes we will reach office in the after 12'o clock and then the next day we will leave in the early morning 5'o clock. I would say its a nice experience.
After 5 months of that migration I had a meeting with my Manager and Business head, they offered me a team to lead and it was a critical process without hesitation accepted it. My boss said you are working long hours and seems to be tired by seeing my eyes, i responded back to him stating when compared to your mental stress this is nothing.
Taken the team lead role and done as much i can do for my team members at the same time given priority to the work rather than people, but i was done this without disclosing to anyone. Because i know work and people are very important to run a business without issues.
I always had a passion to work for projects even there was a opportunity in november 2008 but it went to one of my friend still i was happy that he got it. But i always had in my mind why that opportunity did't come to me, what was not in me which he has got, as days went more members involved in the project not me, still i had the confidence soon i will be part of that project and the day was nearing.
One fine day my manager asked me to get involved in that project, i was very happy and started attending the conference calls. Initial days not sure whats happening in the project started reading the document and slowly learning everything. After a period of one month, I was one of the key member in the project and giving good contribution. Slowly getting closer to the project as well came to know many people in the project, but it made me little away from my team it was not an issue because the team was in a good position to handle without my contribution only they require moral support which i have given always.
I always had a passion to visit various countries, this project given me a opportunity to travel london when i heard that, not happy rather than felt excited. Four of them selected to a london trip and myself and my friend initial member in this project are the key drivers from our end to test the application in london.
London trip was one of the importance phase in my life attended so many managerial meetings and learned lot especially how to react or think when we are in a decision making position. After staying 5 weeks in london reached chennai and working on the project to put in line with the business, the day we delivered this project November 14/15, 2009 was very happy and thought for a moment where i was in the project when it was started and now i played a important role.
Definitely i had to thank my team members who given me liberty and supported eventhough i was involved in the project and not done much for the team.
The project made me to realise lot, and had a passion to work in various projects always showed my interest in all the projects. Suddenly i saw a open role in Change management team where they have to handle various projects, my manager told me not to apply that made me to realise ok people think i have the caliber to handle projects but not the right time to apply.
After some months came to know may be i will be moved to Change management team by hearing that was very happy, as usual it was not happend and they said it may happen in the near future.
I was counting my days to be part of Change Management team days and months went, may be its good for one reason because my team completed one year on Feb 9, 2010 and we celebrated in a different style giving on floor presentation about the team and the milestones achieved in the last one year. Everyone appreciated the way we celebrated our first anniversary and moreover team members are very happy and it motivated everyone in the floor.
Finally one day a email sent to all informing there is a open role in Change Management team that night itself applied it and hoping to attend and clear the interview, by everyone's support and wish i got the opportunity.
Now I am really happy to be part of Change Management family.

Never thought that i will have these much of portfolio changes in my five year career, it clearly states that life will have so many dimension.
